| Can I order over the phone? The fastest and easiest way to order is through our web site. However, if you have questions, specific requests, or just need some advice, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. What payment methods do you accept? You can safely enter your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card number on our secure server. If you wish to pay by Money Order, please call us with your order. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. How fast will I receive my order? All items in stock will ship by the following day. If the item you ordered is backordered or out of stock, you will receive an email promptly notifying you of the expected ship date. See Shipping Method Information for details on estimated delivery times for each class of service offered. When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is prepared for shipping. If we need to special order an item from the manufacturer for you, we will charge your card at the time of your order, and notify you when the order is on it's way to you. Can my order be gift wrapped? We are happy to provide gift packaging at no additional charge when your order is sent directly to a gift recipient. Our gift packaging service provides a gift presentation upon opening the shipping box, including paper or tissue inserts, and a gift message if requested. Some oversized items are not available for gift packaging, such as strollers and high chairs. Sorry, but our gift packaging service is not able to separately gift wrap items that are sent directly to your address. After completing your billing and shipping information, a message box is available where you can specify a gift message and request gift packaging. Our Return Policy? You may return any unused product within 45 days from the date your order is shipped for a refund of the purchase price, less any coupons used or shipping charges, if applicable. Your refund amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Merchandise purchased with gift certificates, store credits, or money orders will be issued a store credit. Any products shipped under our Free Shipping offer will be subject to a 10% fee to cover the original cost of shipping the product to you. The 10% fee does not apply when exchanging an item for another size or color. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging or with all hang-tags attached. Sorry, we cannot accept skin care or feeding products for return. All parts, accessories, or documentation must be included to insure full credit. Please do not deface product packaging with tape or mailing labels, as this may prevent you from receiving full credit for your return. Any products returned to us that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return, or subject to a reduced return credit amount at our discretion. Before returning any Stroller, High Chair or Furniture item please call us toll free 1-877-753-4436 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Strollers, High Chairs or Furniture items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for replacement parts or new merchandise to be sent to you as soon as possible, and arrange for the damaged or defective item to be returned to us - all at our expense. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake. Shipments that are refused will be subject to a reduced credit for the cost of original shipping and return shipping, plus any applicable restocking fees. Complete and detailed return instructions are included with every order. Please refer to these instructions before returning any item for complete details. Do you charge sales tax? NO. Montana has no general sales tax, so there will be no sales tax charged with your order! Do you backorder merchandise? If any items that you order are not available for immediate shipment, we will backorder selected items with your permission. We will email you for your approval on any backordered merchandise. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped. How do I know what size to order? To make your internet shopping easier we provide a general sizing page for our clothing and footwear items. Please use this page as a guide. Also, look for special sizing notes within each product description. What is your privacy policy? The staff of Kidstock is committed to honoring your privacy. You can be assured that your personal information will be used only to correspond with you about the status of your order. This web site does not collect personal identifying information about you except for information that you voluntarily provide (for example, when you provide shipping and billing information for an online purchase). We consider the following to be personally identifying information: name, address, phone number, credit card information, e-mail address, and shopping selections. All personally identifying information is treated confidentially. We do not rent or sell e-mail addresses to other companies or share any personally identifying information with third-parties under any circumstances. We may send you promotional email regarding sales and specials related to our website only, unless you request to be removed from our list. Kidstock realizes that some customers are wary of making credit card transactions on-line. We would therefore like to let you know that our on-line ordering system is secure. Credit card transactions are protected via the SSL protocol, the adopted standard for processing secure credit card transactions over the Internet. An easy way to check if your browser has connected to a secure transaction server and is in secure mode is to look for a solid gold key (Netscape browsers) or a locked lock (Microsoft browsers) at the bottom of your window. Kidstock also verifies each credit card transaction with the billing address provided, to detect if someone is using an unauthorized card. |
