Orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING when we choose the most economical shipping method. We must have both a physical (street) address and your mailing address for this offer. These orders generally ship by FedEx Ground or US Mail, and this offer is limited to orders shipped to one delivery address within the lower 48 United States. All orders under $100, all orders shipped to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, US Possessions, APO or FPO addresses, and those who wish to choose their shipping carrier will be charged a shipping fee based on the total dollar amount of their order (see chart below). At checkout, you will be given an opportunity to choose an appropriate shipping method. If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, you must provide us with a Post Office delivery address and your physical address, if different.
Certain oversized items may only ship by FedEx Ground. If you place one of these items in your cart, your shipping choices will be limited. Our standard shipping rates allow us to choose the most economical method of shipping; these rates apply to adresses within the Continental US only, no PO Boxes. You must choose an appropriate shipping method when we are shipping to PO Boxes, or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, US Possessions, or APO/FPO addresses. If you choose an inappropriate method, we will change your shipping to the lowest cost service available to your address and adjust the shipping charges on your order. Clearance Items are subject to limited availability. Our website is updated each evening, but the size you order may already be sold out when we receive your order. We will cancel sold out items from your order without notice, unless you indicate otherwise. If your order drops below the $100 limit for Free Shipping due to a canceled Clearance Item, shipping charges will be added. EXPRESS SHIPPING We'll be happy to ship your order via FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2-Day, or FedEx 3-day service. These services are available to the Continental US, Alaska or Hawaii only. FedEx 3 day rates are not available to Alaska or Hawaii, you must choose Overnight or 2-Day rates and one delivery day will be added. We must have your order before 8AM Mountain Time to guarantee any Express Services. |

International Shipping Due to increased fraudulent activity, we no longer ship outside the US. For Military APO/FPO addresses and US possessions please select Priority Mail as your shipping method. Our Return Policy You may return any unused product within 45 days from the date your order is shipped for a refund of the purchase price, less any coupons used or shipping charges, if applicable. Your refund amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Merchandise purchased with gift certificates, store credits, or money orders will be issued a store credit. Any products shipped under our Free Shipping offer will be subject to a 10% fee to cover the original cost of shipping the product to you. The 10% fee does not apply when exchanging an item for another size or color. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging or with all hang-tags attached. Sorry, we cannot accept skin care or feeding products for return. All parts, accessories, or documentation must be included to insure full credit. Please do not deface product packaging with tape or mailing labels, as this may prevent you from receiving full credit for your return. Any products returned to us that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return, or subject to a reduced return credit amount at our discretion. Before returning any Stroller, High Chair or Furniture item please call us toll free 1-877-753-4436 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Strollers, High Chairs or Furniture items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for replacement parts or new merchandise to be sent to you as soon as possible, and arrange for the damaged or defective item to be returned to us - all at our expense. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake. Shipments that are refused will be subject to a reduced credit for the cost of original shipping and return shipping, plus any applicable restocking fees. Complete and detailed return instructions are included with every order. Please refer to these instructions before returning any item for complete details. |
